The FS-S9500 floor spring is designed for heavy doors, the maximum door weight could be up to 300 kgs. And the FS-S9500 floor hinge with no hold open can apply for fire doors as well.
D&D floor door closer is distinguished by its flat design for single or double action doors, it extends from the functional standard of the hold-open systems to "VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE" closing solutions integrated into the floor or door bottom. The floor spring softens the door strike and closes the door securely.

- Closer mechanism is totally immersed in hydraulic fluid.
